Over break, all the college kids were hanging out like we do, and a song came on that I didn't recognize. It had an awesome beat and I instantly wanted to press the repeat button (which I did). It was a nice break from the hip-hop we all here on the radio everyday which is mostly quite annoying (except of course Snoop Dogg's new single Sensual Seduction). Hilltop Hoods formed in the down-under in 1991 when two of the three members met in High School.
The two albums I currently have, and listen to constantly, are The Calling (2003) and The Hard Road Restrung (2007). Each of them have a very unique sound that is completed by DJ Debris; the third member of the group. Hilltop Hoods is one of the most well know hip-hop groups in Australia. The group members Suffa, Pressure, and DJ Debris formed Hilltop in 1991. They have a unique style of combining live instruments with sampling. DJ Debris presence is heard on every track, which makes each one more lively and interesting.
Their songs cover a variety of different topics from the lives of the Hilltop members. Their upbeat alternative style is refreshing and enjoyable.

Kanye did it Again!
Graduation is the latest album by Kanye West. You've heard his awesome singles before such as Gold Digger and Jesus Walks. His new single has been hitting the clubs everywhere. Stronger is a remix of Daft Punk's Better, Faster, Stronger and it couldn't have been produced better.
I've listened to Graduation and this album is amazing and you should definitely check it out.
